 Half of Willie and Lobo (the left half, in this particular picture), Royal plays a smooth, rhythmic spanish style on acoustic (but amplified and tweaked) violin that nicely complements Lobo's flamenco guitar. Their first album, Gypsy Boogaloo, won a Grammy in the World music category.
